The Heritage Ranch Community Services District provides water, sewer and solid waste services to the residents of Heritage Ranch. The District operates a household hazardous waste collection service for San Luis Obispo County Integrated Waste Management Authority. The facility is located in the District's maintenance yard. Household hazardous waste may be dropped off every Friday from 12:00PM to 2:00PM. For a list of accepted items, please visit Integrated Waste Management Authority.
